[OSM-newbies] the way-id, node-id or relation-id

In the advanced preferences in JOSM (Edit-> Preferences -> Advanced
Preferences), add the following key and value:

   osm-primitives.showid=true

After this is done (and JOSM is restarted) the id is shown in addition
to a probably existing name or ref(erence).
