[OSM-newbies] moving around the map while at a particular zoom?

JOSM is an editor rather than something you produce maps from for your
PDA. Search the wiki and you will find some ideas of how to get maps
on your PDA. Presumably you want something that does the same as
mkgmap for Garmin units.
