[OSM-newbies] highway=minor?

Hi there,
It is a deprecated tag in favour of (i think) highway=tertiary.
The default josm style rules are odd things, they do not match the two
main renderers or the map features wiki page, it is not suitable to
'map to the josm rendering' to get the map to look good.
