[OSM-newbies] Tagging residential streets blocked in the middle

Hi,

sometimes a residential street is blocked with poles or a big stone or
whatever right in the middle to only let bicycles and pedestrians
through. You are allowed to access the street with a car from either
side, but you cannot use it as a through road. How has this to be
tagged? I would consider a restriction car=no to be wrong. What should I
use?
