But in the summer. Wouldn't the snow be a bit of a hindrance in
March? I've only been to Andora in the summer, so I'm guessing.

Definitely - why not make an OSM Holiday out of it? Pick a long
weekend and hold a mapping party there. I'm sure you'd get a few
people flying in from further afield for a weekend in the mountains
and there is a sizable Spanish OSM contingent.
I would be keen to come along, but March is bad for me.
