[OSM-newbies] update gmapsupp.img

do you intend only to update the tile in your area while keeping the 
gmapsupp.img? Theoretically it's possible, but requires some manual work.

mkgmap is relatively simple to use. Why not do the following:

* Rename gmapsupp.img on your device to something like gmapsupp-germany.img
* Create a new one using your data and mkgmap
* Copy this data as gmapsupp.img to your device
* Go out mapping
* When back reactivate the previous gmapsupp.img (if desired)
