[OSM-newbies] Using the OSM map on Garmin

It is lowercase when I remount the card or mount via USB. I already formatted 
with FAT 32 and FAT 16 (LBA) on GNU. As I said, the device knows there is a 
map on the card (it shows how much MB are used). It just doesn't provide the 
OSM map as an option in the map dialog.
