The coastlines in the mapnik and cyclemap layers don't update
automatically. Because some weeks the coastline is better than others
(some weeks entire continents are 'flooded') it's done manually on an
irregular basis.

All coastlines in mapnik come from shapefiles - but only the highzoom
one is derived from OSM data.
