[OSM-newbies] JOSM only loads a few ways

Screenshot wasn't attached, but in general:

Try reducing the zoom to 14 or 13.  Generally the zoom in OSM seems
smaller when you do a JOSM download.

Also, under prefs, turn on "show download boundaries" (or whatever
it's called) so you can see the extents of what was downloaded.
