Is the same as 3, we're starting to widen the use of the single login
system. The t at h distributed rendering service is also using it now.

IRC doesn't really have accounts, it's just a nickname that you sign in
as, nobody owns them.

It just happened as we grew. Its easiest just to use multiple software
packages for project maintenance, the idea of hooking them all together
is always an afterthought and not a particularly important priority at
the moment.
