[OSM-newbies] random points: who to fix?

You can look at the history for these points, which means you can attempt to
email the originator via their user page. Simply go to the map "view" tab
and select "Data" from the layers list (right hand + sign). Select one of
the untagged nodes and then hit "Show History".

It appears that the points have been touched by two users previously.

Generally speaking if I find untagged points I delete them, however in this
instance because of the number you might try to find out why they are there
in the first place.
