That sounds like a good alternative. However, highway=turning_circle
probably doesn't apply to most of the cul-de-sacs I'm mapping as they
usually contain an island in the loop at the end. I suppose in that
case I would just omit any sort of special tagging and just use
highway=residential, oneway=yes. But for those without an island, I
could use highway=turning_circle. Does this sound correct?
