[OSM-newbies] Crossroad for existing streets

If the two streets already exist...

Select the "topmost" street; then Shift-click on the crossing point.  
The point will be inserted into both at once. (You can check by  
dragging it and checking they both move!)

If they don't, then you just need to click on the first street while  
drawing the second, and again a point will be added into both.
