There was a bit of badly placed coastline on the eastern part of that long-ish 
island. My JOSM's validator plugin took care of it for you already. I hope 
this will solve the problem.

Tip: get JOSM, get the validator plugin, run it once in a while. It'll get 
reversed coastlines and will help you tidy your data.
