[OSM-newbies] Hollow buildings

Hi,
This is a quite common question, since no specific polygon type exists
currently in the OSM database, we use a relation to describe polygons
with holes.

This wiki page gives a nice walkthrough on how to create holey polygons
for each of the editors.
