[OSM-newbies] Did somebody put the milky way in OSM?

Hello:

	I been reading,(well only about 5 months of email archive) It looks
like a huge amount of gps coordinates have been put on the OSM map
server. Is there some way to remove them, or clean up the area?

	This area for example is some small apartment buildings so I can't
fathom what all these points are doing there
