[OSM-newbies] Converting GPS tracks to ways

Try waiting a few seconds.

When Potlatch opens (i.e. between steps 4 and 5), it loads the GPX  
track into memory. It'll then appear as a thin blue line, just like  
it would if you press G. Click 'Track' _then_ and it should work.

I really need to fix that... sorry.
