[OSM-newbies] River bank & Road/Bridge nodes adjustment

Shared nodes imply shared space, if you see what I mean. So you'd  
reuse the nodes for a ford, but not for a bridge. (Similarly, where a  
railway crosses a road, you reuse the nodes for a level crossing, but  
not a bridge.)
