Er, also no.

70mph = 70mph

No rounding, no looking at a table - just type it in with the units on the end to make it utterly clear.

Otherwise, you're not only adding in a roundoff error for no reason, but the next person to come along STILL can't be sure what the units are.  They might guess mph and change them again...

(I'm thinking uk here.  If your native unit is kph, I can't see a problem with the bare entry)
