[OSM-newbies] forcing a tile rendering

Hello,

I have been doing quite a lot of mapping in the Sanaa City (capital of
Yemen) during the last two weeks.

However the tiles are never updated.

On the page 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Tiles@home
it is written about  Map browser : a non-slippy map browser it includes
the ability to manually request tiles for rendering.

I opened Sanaa in map browser :
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/?x=1275&y=935&z=11&layer=tile

But I can not understand how to request a tile for rendering.
There is no link "render" this tile, or any button...

Can someone please explain me?
