[OSM-newbies] Creating a wiki page for a new proposed map feature

Note that you need to register at the wiki before you can create a new
page - go to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin&type=signup
(or just click the "log in / create account" link at the very top
right of the screen on the wiki).

Once you've created an account, follow the instructions at
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Mapping/Adding_new_feature_to_wiki
. If there is something on that page which you don't understand, come
back and ask about it specifically, and we would be more than happy to
help you out.
