[OSM-newbies] OSM applications

Hello,

The knowledge stored in OSM is already huge, but I wonder if these
applications exist using OSM data:

- itinerary search (I am going from this town to that town, which road
should I take)
- exact address search (I wan't to find the 51, street foobar)
- showing a place to a friend : like google map does, place a pin on the
map and send a link to friend with that pin
- including a OSM applet in a webpage (scrollable and zoomable)

If some of these exists, can you please direct me to documentation? if
they don't, do you think it is possible? What kind of needed data or API
functions would be needed?
