[OSM-newbies] JOSM - any way to show street names?

I know it's not what you are looking for, but are you aware that clicking he
middle mouse button while over a way brings up a window with all the way
properties shown, including the name?

I didn't know that at all! Blackadder should be ashamed of himself for
omitting this nugget of useful info when he was last giving me a speed JOSM
tutorial. Cheers for the tip :)
