But people worry about allowing a shared node with different layers: see
earlier in the thread. My road bridge over another road is an example
where the router then goes wrong. See the subsequent discussion...
The validator also used to object to crossing ways even when one has a
highway tag and another is a boundary which is really absurd. I don't
know whether it still does this: the current version deadlocks josm, so
I don't know. I guess the deadlock might be an interaction with another
plugin: I haven't explored.
