I think that you must have missed the start of this thread: we have
already covered that.

Indeed, I am pretty sure the boundary-highway crossing incident was a
long time ago, when I started and assumed that my intuition was wrong
and the validator knew what it was about :-)
I didn't bugtrack it because I didn't have the time to investigate
properly and produce a report that would be of real use to the developers.
