[OSM-newbies] Parallel river bank

Well, I found the problem. Apparently there are at least 3 overlapping ways,
each tagged similar. The "backdrop" you see is caused by one of these ways.
I have uploaded the change. Please request rerender later, after this
rendering - maybe 30 minutes later.
