[OSM-newbies] landuse=residential. Building=yes

The municipality uses codes to refer to places. "A1" is used for the road
block that this shop is part of. "A1" is a collection of many buildings.
The municipality doesn't seem to map separate buildings but just areas where
there are no roads. Our municipal town hall is on block "35".
