[OSM-newbies] help with checking WMS and OSM for California

Hello,

Could someone please check the OSM roads with the CaSIL WMS and tell me if
the tiger roads are off or if it is the DOQQ's that is not geocorrected
enough.
The WMS Address is for CaSIL imagery for California

The area  of interest is at the top left corner of the bounding box.

There are areas that look like they line up with the WMS and other areas
that looks like a datum shift.  Any comments or suggestions would be great.
Anybody is welcomed to use the WMS service for California.  If anyone is
interested on working on California with me, please email me.  We can
coordinate our efforts so we don't duplicate each others work.
