I wonder who? The waypoint number seems to me like an odd thing to 
include, as it's only purpose is to find entries on T:UK. I guess you'd 
have to contact the admins  (details on site home page) to get an 
official answer, but I gather they've been busy with other things 
recently, so I wouldn't expect a quick reply.
