[OSM-newbies] Town Friedrichshafen, Germany

I can only find the place node near the harbor, but not the other one 
labelled Friedrichshafen. Has someone already deleted it?

The remaining node for Friedrichshafen has a tag place=suburb.
I think this is not right. It should be a city.
