[OSM-newbies] landuse=residential. Building=yes

Ah.. ok.  One of those complicated situations..  :)  I'd say the
residents win because there's more floors of them than shops.  But
still, it's more interesting to know about shops on a map than
residents (if you're using the map to locate something).
