[OSM-newbies] new icons for Mapnik/Osmarenderer

Hello,

I'd be really happy to see some new icons in Mapnik or Osmarenderer maps at
openstreetmap.org. To start with I created these icons and put them on
Proposed icons Wiki page. But I guess this is not the full story. Does
anyone know what the full procedure is?
