[OSM-newbies] multiple ways - one street

I'd think the above ground segments would be 'Dunsandaero North' and 
'Dunsandaero South'

I'd make the center connector segment "_link"

There seems to be an undocumented tag primary_link, secondary_link, & 
tertiary_link
