[OSM-newbies] How do I add a marker when creating a permalink to the map?

Modify the permalink you want by changing the 'lat and 'lon' to 'mlat' 
and 'mlon'.

For example change
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=36.36484&lon=127.37958&zoom=17&layers=0B00FTF
to
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=36.36484&mlon=127.37958&zoom=17&layers=0B00FTF
