[OSM-newbies] wiki translations

Hi people,

I just discovered openstreetmap and I'm very happy about it.
I was trying to find or create a way to include bike paths (using the
wiki concept) in online maps and OSM is the perfect way :) Currently
I'm learning how to edit the maps to include the bike lanes I know in
my city.

I was wondering if the wiki has a feature to include translations to
other languages. Is it possible to translate the wiki?
