Greetings all,
As a newbie of two weeks, I hesitate to ask if there's a problem with using the keyboard shortcut 'L' key, to display Lat/Long on the map whilst editing?
I'm just taking it slow to start with, just entering post boxes, etc, on existing routes to get the hang of it all.
>From local knowledge and from standing by POI's taking the GPS reading, when I use the 'L' key to navigate the cursor over my reading, the result in some cases is way off, sometimes by 25 metres or so. I believe my GPS receiver is accurate as I visited a web site that helps with Satellite dish setting up and the readings agreed.
So either there's still a problem with my reading of the GPS, the 'L' key might not be the best tool to use, (although it seems ideal for single point entries) or the roads already recorded are a tad out of place?
Can anybody suggest what I'm probably doing wrong? Thanks.
Pete
