The takeoff/landing positions for helicopters (also referred to as 
"Helipads") should be tagged with aeroway=helipad

All other helicopter airport infrastructure can be tagged just like with 
normal airports. See here: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Aeroway
