Here in Bangkok I have two things I don't quite know how to deal with.

1. There are a lot of service roads - driveways - that pass under  
awnings or balconies and no matter what layer I put building or  
driveway, the road appears on top. Do I have to end the way when it  
reaches the building and start a new one where it leaves?

2. A feature of Bangkok (and Thailand for that matter) are compounds -  
temples, embassies, public buildings and private houses that are  
walled and should by rights be treated as a building but often have  
several buildings within the compound. Question is, how do I tag the  
compound and the buildings inside so the name of the compound isn't  
repeated for every building inside, which have the same tag attributes?
