[OSM-newbies] No Yahoo images?

Hi Charlotte,

Try clicking on "Set Options" in Potlatch.  Sometimes for some reason
another baselayer gets set.  Make sure "Yahoo" is selected.  I'm not sure
why it happens, but the first time it did for me I couldn't figure out why
imagery wasn't loading for a couple weeks.
