There is no standard for this (yet). Last time I checked the wiki only had a 
syntax for exact times. The signs for this in the Netherlands (where I am 
mapping) however use "zonsopgang tot zonsondergang" (sunrise to sunset) and 
not "daglicht" (daylight).
