[OSM-newbies] JOSM: parallel roads

Ah, didn't think about that, it always worked for me because highways
usually don't have sharp turns, so this wasn't a matter. JOSM can't do
this yet, see Ticket http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/67 for
details. But you just increased the chance of me working on it :).
