[OSM-newbies] loading gpx data onto

Hi Hein!

Your description seems a bit unclear to me.
You want to download track data for the region you are mapping in to load them onto your GPSr?
And you want to be guided by your GPSr to where you could track your ways in order to upload that new data to OSM?

I don't know of a way to identify which track belongs to whom nor which track can be found in quadrant-XY. I think what you want is not available in OSM. At least I never found any hint to such functions.
