[OSM-newbies] Cyclemap rendering

Yeah, not tagging for the renderers definitely makes sense. All the trails
would be foot=designated around here though, so I'll just use footway with
bicycle=yes/no and horse=yes/no.

Another semi-related bit about footway vs. pedestrian. There are a lot of
pedestrian streets here in Manhattan Beach, California, in all sorts of
widths. My thinking was footway for narrow ones, pedestrian for anything
wide enough for emergency vehicles. Sound about right?
