[OSM-newbies] Load images under map on JOSM or other editor

Another option is to scan the map (to something not horrendously
large) and use MetaCarta's map rectifier to rectify it, then you can
use the WMS plugin and download the recitfied image as a layer in
JOSM.  I've used it quite a bit and it works well.
