[OSM-newbies] JOSM memory

You want to replace the hash marks '#' with a number.    This is how I start josm:

java -jar -Xms2g -Xmx2g josm-latest.jar

This sets both the minimum and maximum java heap size to 2GB.  It's probably best to try 1GB first.
