[OSM-newbies] Removal of GPS track spam?

I noticed one of the big German-food restaurant chains in my area has
taken it upon themselves to use GPS tracks to point out their locations
on the map when you have GPS tracks turned on in edit mode in a clear
attempt to spamvertise the map. Is there a method to request removal of
someone else's track?
One such example can be found if you view the GPS tracks around this point:
