It is, but it's a bit hard to identify them at the moment, especially
if the user is doing useful edits in among the broken ones (which
sounds quite likely).
In March there will be an update to the API software which will make
it much easier to track changes, and also prevent the user from doing
this kind of thing by accident in the first place.
