[OSM-newbies] "view" problem - more on tracert

Yes I had this (kind of) problem when switching to McAffee - hence my 
suggestion to try Malwarebytes AntiMalware (free) (which for me uncovered 
some trojan(s) and cleared them up).  McAffee is fine now - but couldn't see 
the trojans etc.
