[OSM-newbies] Data entered in Potlatch doesn't appear in OSM

Yes, this is the correct area, though the area:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=21.5363&lon=-105.282&zoom=14&layers=B000FTF
centers it a bit better.   The streets should appear on what appears to be the island in the center.  
(though the coastlines shown here are badly mis-represented, a problem that was one of the corrections
I had intended to make).
