[OSM-newbies] Waypoints in JOSM

I use an application called WhereAmI in a GPS handset to make
annotations along the tracks. The waypoints will appear in the format:

<wpt lat='60.379570'
lon='23.141108'><ele>38</ele><time>2009-01-05T12:55:16.000Z</time>
<name>Salohalli</name></wpt>

in an exported GPX file.

These can be easily loaded into JOSM. Tho only caveat with the
application is that if your locale in your handset replaces the decimal
point with a comma (e.g. lat='60,379570'), JOSM is not able to interpret
the location of the waypoints and they will all be stacked in the upper
left corner of the map area. So, in such circumstances, you better
replace the commas with points before loading the GPX file.
